Welcome to our high-energy, 45-minute Group Boxing Blast in the heart of Chiswick! Get ready to experience the ultimate total body workout that seamlessly weaves professional boxing techniques, core training, and heart-pumping HIIT exercises into a fun-filled session.

Our skilled instructors will guide you through every jab, hook, and squat, ensuring a challenging yet enjoyable experience for all fitness levels.

Boxing technique sessions

All about practical boxing skills, you'll get a real boxing workout like a 12 round bout (without being punched back).

Whether you’re a beginner training for fun or you want to be a contender, you’ll be taught techniques and conditioning relevant to your level.

What to expect from our Sessions

Chiswick boxing training moves away from conventional exercise for an authentic experience without having to join a competitive boxing club.

We care about the mind-body connection. London life can be stressful, taking it out on the bag is a perfect release while rapidly burning calories.

Whether you’re training to box or build your health, it takes a few sessions to understand the sport and enjoy its fundamentals.

But stick with it and you’ll see amazing results. We recommend doing 3 sessions close together to get used to the activities.

Private boxing training

With 1-2-1 coaching from boxing experts, you’ll get a bespoke service tailored to your goals.

Whether you want to improve skill, conditioning or general fitness, we’ll focus specifically on your physique and mind to maximise performance and results.

If you’re struggling to find time to work out, try our 30 minute HITT classes. Sessions are with small groups in a friendly, relaxed space.
